I. General information


Mikroflor sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Danuty Siedzikówny 12, 51-214 Wrocław (hereinafter “MIKROFLOR”) respects the privacy of every person using MIKROFLOR services, including visiting the MIKROFLOR website, and ensures data security at all times when using the website.


This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data, as well as providing information about cookies used on the MIKROFLOR websites.

II. Purpose of personal data processing


MIKROFLOR processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), on the basis of:


Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – if the data subject grants consent to the processing of data for specific purposes;


Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract or when it is necessary to conclude or perform the contract;


Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by MIKROFLOR, including the marketing of MIKROFLOR products and services and conducting analyses;


Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – in order to exercise rights and comply with obligations arising from the provisions of law, including for tax and accounting purposes;


MIKROFLOR processes personal data as long as the above-mentioned conditions exist or as long as no objection to their processing is raised, and in the event of an objection or expiry of the above-mentioned conditions – for the period of limitation of claims that the data subject may be entitled to against the controller.


Providing any personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the processing of data by MIKROFLOR for the following purposes:


taking steps prior to entering into a contract or when it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract;


exercising rights and complying with obligations arising from the provisions of law, including for tax and accounting purposes.

III. Customer rights

The data subject shall have the right to access and rectify their data. They shall also have the right to delete their data, the right to limit or demand the cessation of data processing, the right to object to the processing and to make the data available to other entities and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

IV. Data transfer

Data may be transferred to entities from the Kaczmarski Group (, entities providing ICT and organisational services, business information offices, debt collection companies, factoring companies, courts, law enforcement authorities, banks, entities providing advisory services and legal assistance, and other entities indicated in the provisions of generally applicable law.

MIKROFLOR has in place a system protecting personal data that meets the requirements resulting from the GDPR.

VI. Cookie Policy


“Cookies” are text files containing IT data intended for the use of websites, stored on the devices of website users. They allow, among others, to identify the type of device of a website user and display websites tailored to individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the website address, storage time on the device of the website user and a unique identifier.


We use cookies to optimise the use of our websites. They are also used to collect statistical data that allow for identifying ways in which the websites are used. This gives the possibility to subsequently improve the structure and content of the website, excluding personal identification of website users. Personal data collected using cookies may only be collected for the purpose of performing certain functions and activities for the benefit of a website user. Such data shall be encrypted in a way preventing unauthorised access to them.


Cookies used by MIKROFLOR are safe for the device of the website user. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the user’s device through cookies. These files allow us to identify the software used by the website user and customise the website to each individual person using it. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, storage time on the device and the assigned value.


We use session (temporary) and persistent cookies. Session cookies are stored on the device of the website user until they log out of the website or shut down the web browser. Persistent cookies are stored for a defined period of time which is determined by the parameter contained in the cookie and the website user has the possibility to manually delete them.


By default, the software used to browse the website enables the placement of cookies on the end device. The website user may configure their browser in such a way as to block the automatic acceptance of cookies or to be notified each time a file is transferred to their device. Relevant information on the handling of cookies and possible configurations is available in the settings of the browser used by the website user. The website uses Google Analytics to collect information and generate reports related to website usage statistics.

MIKROFLOR reserves the right to make changes to the Policy by posting the new Policy on the website in advance.
